Spent 3 days at the Sugarbush RV Park. We found the campground very neat and clean. Showers, rest rooms, and the laundry were also well maintained. New owners, Lily and Jordan were very pleasant and helpful. A small stream runs through the park and a play area was available to keep the kids entertained. Saw several deer from our trailer window! The campground is 12 miles from Salida Co. and 3 miles to some great Arkansas River fishing. A++++ campground! We'll definitely be back!

The campsite was quiet and well maintained. The tables were fine and the restrooms were clean and warm in the morning. There is an onsite laundromat and they sell beer in the country store.

I arrived around 4pm on a Friday afternoon after doing some fishing on the nearby Arkansas River. The owners were friendly and walked me to the campsite and let me choose which site I wanted. Site #17 is a sweet spot right next to a small creek and electric outlet.

Thank you Beth & Tom for the beautiful stay! We traveled and stayed at many campgrounds during our road trip and we saved the best and longest stay for last. It was very quiet, great views, had our pick of spots and right next to the little stream that runs through campground was awesome. Bathrooms were clean and great showers and changing area! Was so happy I found this place. And was a great area to do local things, short drives. Royal Gorge, ATV, Horseback riding...and then go back to quiet with a campfire and relax. Laundry also avail.

My mom and dad brought me here back in the 1970's, and we came every year thereafter at Memorial Day. I remember the days of the Marlino cider they used to sell! What a great place, great views, and very peaceful! I now take my family there, love it!

Note: for others, they no longer have any kind of store. Unfortunately no wood or ice either. This would be something i think they should have on hand since they do have the campground and its 12 miles into Salida for those items. But we found ourselves going that way anyway to our many day outings, so wasn't a big deal.

This is a nice quiet Mom & Pop RV/campground. When I called them they were friendly and answered all my questions. I did some hiking so a shower was mandatory and they had them.

I will stay here again and would recommend this place. The price was very fair for camping.

If I am ever back in that area, i will def stay there. :) And i can not say that about a few others we stayed at during this trip. Thanks again for the stay!

Stayed here for almost a week in June 2017. What a beautiful little spot. The owners are very kind and helpful, hot water showers that damn near never run out of hot water, easy access, reasonable rates. I could go on and on. Great place. Highly recommend this place.
